PACKAGE COVERAGE:
Each package covers a consultancy time with one of our agents, which is divided into 60-minute sections where they can discuss immigration issues at the request of the client, such as:
- Choose the occupation for the validation of the profession.
- Choose the most appropriate type of visa.
- Choose the studies to be carried out for migratory purposes.
- Advice on proceedings before the tribunal or court in Australia.
- Advice on procedures to cancel the visa in advance of its expiration date.
- Advice on denial processes including Skill Assessment, sponsor visas,
- General Skill Migration visas, cases of domestic violence within a partner visa, others, etc.
- Advice for the client and the employer, in visa sponsorship processes such as 494, 186, 482 and DAMA.
