Personalized Pathway
During a 60-minute consultation, we assess your situation within the Australian legal framework and devise a strategy to help you achieve your migration goal in Australia, whether that is to study, work, join your family or obtain permanent residency.

Consultations with registered migration agents
All our consultations are carried out by a migration agent registered with OMARA (Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority), the body that regulates migration agents in Australia. Choose which of our agents you would like to consult with: they all work in accordance with RC Migration’s Code of Conduct and quality standards.

How it works
- Choose your agent and your preferred date and time.
- Answer a few short questions about your case so that your agent can come prepared. Enter the name and email address of the person attending the consultation; payment can be made by someone else.
- Pay online by card to secure your appointment. You’ll receive a payment receipt by email.
- You’ll receive an invitation with the Google Meet link and a reminder 24 hours beforehand.

What does the consultation include?
- Personalised assessment: we analyse your profile and that of your partner (if applicable) to identify your best visa options.
- A 60-minute online consultation with a registered immigration agent.
- Written immigration plan: one week after the consultation, you will receive an email with a summary and the steps to follow. If you wish, we can also send you a quote.
- Cashback: if you start your application process with us within 15 days of the consultation, we’ll refund the full cost of the consultation as a credit against your immigration contract.
- Free consultation with your employer: if you’re eligible for a sponsored visa, you can book a free 30-minute consultation with your employer.
- 30% discount on follow-up appointments during the 90 days following your main consultation.
Is your case urgent?
If your visa is due to expire within the next 30 days, or if your case involves an appeal to the court, a visa cancellation or a new application following a refusal, please write to us and we will give your case priority attention during office hours, Monday to Friday.

Refund, Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Our policy is designed for all our clients and is based on respect for the time of our agents and staff.
Refunds
You have 15 calendar days from the date of your consultation to request a refund, and this only applies in the following cases: the consultation was not carried out by a registered agent, it was not carried out for reasons attributable to RC Migration, or you did not receive your plan in writing within the specified timeframe. No refund will be given if you withdraw or if you do not agree with the outcome of the assessment.
Cancellation
• 7 days’ notice or more: 100% refund.
• Between 4 and 6 days’ notice: AUD 70 will be charged.
• 3 days’ notice or less: no refund.
If you booked less than 7 days in advance and cancel, a fee of AUD 50 (onshore) will be charged.
Rescheduling
You have 15 calendar days from the date of your consultation to request this, and it only applies if the consultation was not carried out by a registered agent, was not carried out for reasons attributable to RC Migration, or you did not receive your plan in writing within the specified timeframe.
