Western Australia & Northern Territory have announced that they will NOT be inviting more people this fiscal year
25 February 2022 By RC Migration
The Immigration office of the State of Western Australia (where Perth is located) has announced that all available places for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 have been filled and they will not invite more people until the next fiscal year. This news affects all people interested in applying for visa 491 and 190 (State Sponsorship Visa).
Similarly, the Northern Territory (where Darwin is located) has also announced that it will not invite more people to the 491 visa until the next fiscal year.
This news does not mean that people who meet the requirements in WA and NA will not be able to continue their process, but it does mean that they will have to wait for the next fiscal year that will begin on July 1, 2022.
